The process for employee engagement and review is now all online and accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The paper format is no longer being used within the organization.

Staff now have access to employee profile information, historical data, etc. immediately. Now the data is highly secure and only accessible by the appropriate people. The data could be integrated with external HR systems. There is an efficient audit trail that enables compliance with privacy regulations.
